This week is Thanksgiving which will give me more time to practice AP. During my holidays I will also have more time :). At this moment I haven't had any sleep and am very tired so I can't really try or I would fall asleep.

I got introduced to OBEs by my friend at school when I was 15 in my Freshman year of high school. He brought in an article about Astral Projection. He is new to the subject to and said "this article is interesting" so I read it. I immediately got into it and then started to think about OBE's everyday and doing a lot of research on it. I am currently a Junior and into my astral projection practice again.
