UPDATES

The exact day I learned about astral projection was Monday September 15th, 2008. Today its September 26th, 2009. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to practice anymore because of school and extracurricular activities. During summer vacation I took a great astral projection course on GnosticWeb. It is a 9-week course and I only did up to the 4th week because school started. In order to successfully astral project it takes dedication, something I have not been able to have anymore. I'll further my attempts to astral project maybe during the next summer vacation and definetely when I graduate High School. Until then, I have to focus on my grades but I still plan on astral projecting for the rest of my life. Until next time!

Have been busy with school but have no forgotten about astral projection. Still doing regular attempts and will not give up.
