I am now remembering a lot more dreams because I have written my dreams once in a while. Not everyday but I still try to remember them when I wake up. The dream I had yesterday was a fun dream because I was floating in the air and I felt free.

I got introduced to OBEs by my friend at school when I was 15 in my Freshman year of high school. He brought in an article about Astral Projection. He is new to the subject to and said "this article is interesting" so I read it. I immediately got into it and then started to think about OBE's everyday and doing a lot of research on it. I am currently a Junior and into my astral projection practice again.
