"When Albert Einstein published his theory of relativity in 1905 he shook the very foundations of science. Without going into complex detail, his theory of relativity is in fact so complex that most of the world's top physicists still cannot fully grasp the implications of his theory today. What Albert Einstein essentially proved was everything is energy. Previously, physicists believed that everything was made up of two separate elements, matter and energy. This, had it been true would mean that the human mind was separate from the human body. With his theory, Einstein turned this idea of separateness on its head. E = mc2, in fact, proved that everything is energy and therefore there is no dualistic world, everything in the Universe is connected."

"If you see the world from space, there are no demarcation lines, not even a hint of nationalism and ideology is present. Staring at the world today, what we see as the bloody history of human beings and the demands of their religion, it is not present here. It's a tiny spec, only a mote of dust suspended in a sunbeam."

Do not believe in anything simply because you have heard it..
Do not believe in anything simply because it is spoken and rumored by many.

Do not believe in anything merely on the authority of your teachers and elders.
Do not believe in traditions because they have been handed down for many generations.

"A human being is part of a whole, called by us the Universe, a part limited in time and space. So I am still aspiring to be an astral projector.. I have been making many changes. I am a vegetarian and plan on going Vegan soon.. I am 17 and I have am currently working on my ability to concentrate and deep physical relaxation. I have been reading books not on AP, but in general, spiritual growth. I am focusing on spiritual growth and I have been meditating in the morning and at night. I still have to work on my concentration though because I still need to be able to have a single-pointedness focus when I am physically relaxed in a chair.
The obstacle I have to face the most is getting little sleep. Since I am a high school student and athlete, on some days, I am only able to get 4-5 hours of sleep and it definitely makes it hard to meditate when you're tired.
